A little bit about me...Hi, I am Rosalind White, owner of Dante Designs, and all round creative person!
Since 2017 I have been a self employed photographer, working with all kinds of people and businesses to provide them with images to promote their business, their show, record their life events and so on. It is my passion and if you are interested you can visit my photography website by clicking on the button below. In 2020 we all experienced the Covid-19 nightmare and most of my photography business ground to a halt (it's an up close with people business after all!). So what was I to do? Well I turned my attention to design, something that I could do remotely. Before becoming a photographer, which in itself requires a creative eye, I worked in a number of corporate roles. These included roles in marketing and branding where I learned the importance of consistency in your brand and visual appeal. I have worked with many brands over the years, including being a Brand Advocate for Orange Broadband (remember them? They are now EE!) In that role I was responsible for delivering their rebrand from Wanadoo (an even older brand!) and I managed a £1 million budget to ensure every piece of marketing collateral - from posters, to point of sale display units, were changed to Orange branding. I also delivered training to my colleagues on the importance of brands, how they add value to businesses and how they are perceived. In the summer of 2020 I started working with authors to create book cover designs, and small businesses to create their logos, marketing and websites - something that I found I am pretty good at and I really enjoy! So I decided to start Dante Designs, and here we are. Luckily my photography business survives today, so along with Dante Designs I can provide a full range of visual services. |
